A hug healing session of time tested techniques will lead into the practice of ecstatic dance where music plays, people dance and no talking happens. Cacao in the form of drink will be served as a ritualistic brew for the celebration of life as we welcome Spring and its optimism. The night will conclude with a sound bath provided by the exuberant Jason Firth
